TestWaitInPopupWindow fails for some installations of Firefox-1.0.6 in Windows, but appears to work correctly on other machines with the a similar config.

It's working for me here: Firefox-1.0.6 on Windows XP Pro SP 2.

It never works on my Firefox 1.5.0.2 machine on Windows 2003 SP1.

Fixed in revision 978; tested on IE and Firefox on Windows.
