Support for right-click/context menu

Affects Version/s: None
Fix Version/s: 1.0

 Description  « Hide

It'd be good to support oncontextmenu events and/or click events where button=2. There's no other way to simulate testing JS right-click context menus like the one here:

http://archive.dojotoolkit.org/nightly/tests/widget/test_Menu2.html

It seems the following issue is related:

http://jira.openqa.org/browse/SEL-441

Here is a good recent thread about a context menu issue on Firefox:

SEL-441 provides a partial patch. I'd hoped to get this in for 0.8.3, but nobody's gotten around to it, so I'm bumping it to 0.8.4.
