The error message description is: The requested resource (ktp/templates/iframe/testrunner.html)is not available.

This occurs when i run selenium server with or without command option -proxyInjectionMode. I think a patch (see link below )was deployed to fix this problem in -proxyInjectionMode. But this patch only supported pages with testRunner.html (as the commens in the patch hint you).
