CacheBlockTest is checked in as part of the java client driver tests; it verifies that when you create a new Selenium session it doesn't share a cache with earlier sessions.
CacheBlockTest is failing on IE and Win/Safari (which share the same cache). The only workaround I can think of would be to blow away "Temporary Internet Files"; I can't find any way to save/restore them.
