*firefox defaults to using a simple proxy mode right now; we should change it to use *chrome by default.

(We should also provide some way to go back to the old behavior... but how? Perhaps by fixing SRC-171?)

While we're at it, we should be in multiWindow mode by default. This then raises the question of how you'd get back to singleWindow mode... presumably with an option passed in, a la SRC-171.

*firefox implies *chrome, thus this issue is resolved.
