*iexplore defaults to using a simple proxy mode right now; we should change it to use *piiexplore by default.
(We should also provide some way to go back to the old behavior... but how? Perhaps by fixing SRC-171?) Also, does this mean we'd need to make proxyInjectionMode a per-session parameter instead of a command line arg?
