The cert database that includes the Cyber Villians CS is included in customProfileDirCUSTFF but not in customProfileDirCUSTFFCHROME. While Chrome generally doesn't need this, since it is an alternative to PI mode, it is nice to include as it allows proxyAll to be enabled, letting people who extend RC (ie: Gomez) to still see the fully proxied traffic.
