Add support to Selenium Remote Control for Google Chrome, the new browser from Google (see http://www.google.com/chrome).

This requires a new browser launcher that works for Google Chrome. The browser launcher should work on Windows XP/Vista.

The attached patch adds a browser launcher for Google Chrome. It uses the name googlechrome to identify Google Chrome. It has been tested on Windows XP/Vista.

The patch was written at Google.
