When running the tests for AddHeader, the following error was displayed -

Script_assistant.test.ConfigPropertyTest.TestAddSameHeader :
expected: <3>
but was: <0>

at Script_assistant.test.ConfigPropertyTest.TestAddSameHeader() in C:\svn_wet\main\internal\advancedunittests\tests\ConfigTest.cs:line 68

The AddHeader method is not being called in any place with the same header being added twice. It shouldn't affect the functionality in any way. Defer fix to 1.0
