Steps to reproduce:
1.Start WET UI
2.Click on File and choose open from the drop down menu
3.Open an existing test from the directory where the test is saved.The existing test definition window is shown.
4.Now click on New on WET UI from the File menu

Expected result : A new Test definition window should show up.

Actual result : It prompts for save option.

This should have been resolved in the new TestDefinition application (~~WET-308~~). If the issue still exists in the disintegrated test definition application, please reopen.

The same problem occurs when tried with the new Test definition application.When we open an existing test definition and the existing test definition is opened and when we click on New from File menu,it prompts for Save option.

Before hashcode was not been taken for the current panel so this problem was happening, the panel for which hashcode must be calculated is represented in the following link in line 67 and 685 :
