Steps to reproduce :
1) Login to your account , try application is shown
2) now click on start menu -> Log off -> switch users
3) now login into different user
Expected :
Try application for WET RPC Manager should be shown and RPC manager is up and running.
Obtained :
RPC manager is up and running but try application is not launched and shows an message box telling "only one instance can be opened"
