When I run our app in the simulated browser, WET crashes.

To reproduce:

• Launch WET
• Click Script Editor
• Click SimulatedIE
• In SimulatedIE, Associate->Editor...>Choose Script>Untitled->OK
• In SimulatedIE, Browser->Launch Browser
• Navigate to: http://demo.apptio.com
• Go
  ["Building DOM Tree..." is displayed in the bottom status bar]
• Wait awhile

Expected result:
Web app is displayed in SimulatedIE

Actual result:
0030_wet_manager has stopped working:
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.
