Now that we are distributing Watir as a Gem, we need to make the RDOC be a portal to all of our documentation.

1. The main page of the RDOC should include links to the other Watir documentation (all doc in our package is also on
our website).

We also need to rearrange release notes, support information, etc, taking a cue from how other ruby projects are
documented.
